We recently were honored by Heartbeat International as 2012 Servant Leaders award. This was humbling… we had no idea… and we received that gift at their 2012 convention in front of 700 other pro-life warriors who easily could have received that gift themselves. Humbling. Heartbeat International is our oldest pregnancy center covering organization and I believe may be the oldest pro-life org in the country. eGiving has helped raise about $40M since inception for the centers across the country.
Below is the text from Heartbeat’s website with some pictures.
George and Louise Eusterman daily live out their gift of stewardship in tireless service in every aspect of their lives.
Tried in the fires of business, George and Louise learned to trust God for His provision and became passionate Kingdom givers while managing their successful health club in Mount Vernon, WA. It was here they discovered the value of the then “new” monthly electronic transfers. After retirement from the health club industry in 2000, they turned their focus to ministry and discovered that the same concepts that provided growth and stability for the club could be utilized to encourage growth and increased funding for ministries.
The Eustermans, full-time volunteers with their own ministry, eGiving, now provide tools for electronic giving to all types of ministries and churches, as well as pregnancy centers across the US and internationally. George passionately coaches and encourages leaders to step out in faith and confidence in God’s provision for the vision that has been laid on the hearts of ministry leaders.
